It’s recommended not to wear glasses, gold, jewelry etc, to prevent loss or injuries
It is forbidden to bring and consume food and drinks in places not provided for this, in swimming pools, in the steam room, etc.
It is forbidden to enter territory with animals, birds, reptiles, etc.
People whose behavior may interfere with the rest of other visitors to the complex, or persons who are in a state of alcoholic, narcotic or other intoxication, may be denied the right to visit the Banya club bath complex.
The complex staff reserves the right to take appropriate measures against visitors who are in a state of alcoholic, narcotic intoxication, in a mentally unbalanced state, as well as against visitors who do not respond to the staff’s remarks and do not comply with the Rules for visiting the Banya club bath complex.
If a visitor violates the Rules for visiting the Banya club bath complex, he will be deprived of the right to use the services.
Visitors to the Banya club bath complex are forbidden to enter technical and service premises on the territory. Visitors who enter such premises are fully responsible for any malfunctions and accidents that occur in this area.
It is forbidden to use the steam rooms, showers, and swimming pools for personal hygiene purposes (shaving, washing personal items, etc.).
Men and women are allowed to stay together only in swimsuits.
After staying in the steam rooms, it is necessary to take a shower.
All visitors undertake to observe safety precautions when moving along the staircases.
It is forbidden to leave children under the age of 12 unattended throughout the entire territory of the Banya club bath complex. People under the age of 12 have the right to visit only when accompanied by adults.
It is forbidden to jump and dive into the water from the sides of the pool.
It is forbidden to run and push other visitors in the pool area.
People with signs of infectious skin diseases, open wounds, signs of other types of diseases, as well as signs of insufficient personal hygiene are forbidden to visit the Banya club bath complex. Visitors who violate this rule and cause harm to the health of other visitors are subject to administrative liability.
At the slightest sign of illness or injury, the visitor must contact the administrator. The administration of the Banya club bath complex is not responsible for injuries and damage that occurred as a result of non-compliance and violation of the Rules for visiting the Banya club bath complex.
In the event of material damage to the Banya club bath complex, the visitor is obliged to compensate for these losses in full.
Leave valuables, jewelry, documents, etc. with the administrator in the safe. The administration is not responsible for the above-listed items if they are left by visitors in the wardrobe or in another unforeseen place. There are safes on the territory of the complex for temporary storage of valuables.
ATTENTION! The visitor is obliged to inform the administrator of the visitors’ remarks regarding the serviceability and integrity of the material and technical means at the moment of their discovery.
Each visitor undertakes to comply with the Rules for visiting the complex, as well as to maintain cleanliness and order on the territory of the Banya club bath complex. In case of violation of the Rules for visiting the Banya club bath complex, the visitor bears full responsibility in accordance with these Rules and Law of Ukraine.
The deposit, as a way of ensuring the fulfillment of obligations, is not refundable.
